Happy New Year! I hope whatever winter holiday you celebrate was enjoyable.

The New Year means new beginnings, new goals, starting fresh, rebirth, and starting new diets.

Fun fact the New Year didn’t always start in January but in March until 1752.

This new year, some of the things planned for the last leg of 2022 will spill over into the new year!
